Distribution
The publication will be circulated on a very controlled name & title basis. Senior & commanding officers within the dept. of defense ( and it,s agencies DISA, DARPA, DIA, DLA), the Departments of the Air Force, Army, Navy (including Marine Corp) and NASA.

All members of the Joint Chiefs of Staff and commanding officers will receive copies, as will top executives of the leading prime & sub defense contractors; senior members of major military, defense and relevant trade associations and societies (AUSA, AFA, MOAA, Navy League, MOPH, etc..) will receive copies. All members of congress both the house and the senate will receive copies as will major military medical facilities ( Walter Reed army hospital, Bethesda Naval Hospital, etc..)
